Terms of Service
By using StemStrip ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
StemStrip processes audio files you upload and returns the isolated voice with background music removed. Processing is automated; no human listens to your audio. Output files and uploads are permanently deleted within 2 hours.
2. Your content and your responsibility
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to, or have permission to process, any audio you upload. Extracting a voice does not change the recording's copyright status: output derived from a copyrighted recording remains subject to the original rights. You are solely responsible for how you use the output. The Service must not be used to infringe any third party's rights.
3. Acceptable use
No automated scraping or bulk submission on the free tier; fair-use limits apply and are enforced technically. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in blocking.
4. Pro subscription
Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Copyright complaints
We respond to valid takedown notices. Contact the designated agent listed on this page. Note that the Service does not host or publish user content — all files are private to the uploader and short-lived.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months.
